Della Santini's Trattoria

Della Santina's Trattoria, located near Sonoma Square, brings a taste of Tuscany to Wine Country. Founded in 1990 by Dan and Shirley Della Santina, the restaurant specializes in traditional Tuscan dishes, influenced by family recipes passed down from Dan’s mother and mother-in-law. The menu changes with the seasons, offering fresh handmade pastas, rotisserie meats, seafood, and locally sourced salads and sides. The restaurant remains family-owned, with Dan and Shirley still active in the business, while their son Rob and his wife Nicole continue the legacy. Rob’s passion for wine is showcased in the extensive wine list, available for purchase at the adjacent Enoteca Della Santina.

El Dorado Kitchen

El Dorado Kitchen, located within the El Dorado Hotel on Sonoma Plaza, offers all-day dining featuring California cuisine inspired by the seasons. Enclos offers a refined, seasonal tasting-menu experience rooted in the landscapes of Sonoma and Northern California.
